About the creator
For my Motion Graphics class, our term project was to create a lyrics video for a song of our choice. The visuals needed to feel relevant to the track and carry a narrative.
ENHYPEN is my current favorite artist, and Sweet Venom (originally in Korean) is my favorite song. I’m obsessed with their vampire aesthetic and dramatic visuals, so I thought: “What if I tell a vampire story through this song?” — and boom, this video came to life.
I used my drawing skills to bring my version of the story to the screen, and I’m genuinely proud of how it turned out. Hope you enjoy it too! :)

          The story behind the video
The video follows Hiro, a naive and easily swayed human who falls for a beautiful, manipulative vampire named Momoka. He believes he’s found the love of his life the moment they meet… unaware of what she hides beneath the surface.

As they keep seeing each other, Momoka slowly works her way into Hiro’s mind. Her sweet venom spreading through him. Part of him realizes it’s dangerous, he could get hurt if he keeps playing her games. But he’s already too far gone. All he sees is her. All he tastes is her. And still… he craves another taste.

In the end, Hiro gives in to her sweetness and turns into a vampire too. Rather than seeing it as a curse, he calls it salvation. A new reason to exist. He feels alive, so alive he could die.
